Music Love

One of the people I really do admire most are musicians. Exactly, musicians. Why? Because of their passion for music and their craft. I can’t stand not admiring and being awestruck by them. Musicians for the win! :)

Here are some that I’ve just found out or known for a long time. Check them out!

“THE DRUMMER BOY/MAN”

“THE BRILLIANT PIANIST”

“THE WEDDING MUSICIANS”

Nodame Cantabile Live Action

After a few days and hours have passed, I finally finished it.
It’s worth the wait for a long time of loading.

“Nodame Cantabile” is now officially my favorite Japanese drama.

Let me give you some background on the show.

It’s a drama based on a Japanese manga entitled with the same name. A story of two different people who were brought together by music. Noda Megumi, the female protagonist, is a pianist who possesses an unusual ability of a good sense of hearing. Whatever she can hear, she can play. But, as a child an incident happened causing her to put a limitation on herself and the advancement of her talent, without facing music seriously, and depriving herself of what she can still do. While on the other hand, Chiaki Shinichi, the male protagonist, was a young prodigy who was exposed as a child to the wonderful world of classical music. He has always been the best in the music academy, but a terrible plane accident occurred in his childhood, now he is stuck in Japan because of his phobia in flying and will not be able to further his studies abroad. Nodame always wanted to be a kindergarten teacher, and Chiaki dreamed of being the greatest professional orchestra conductor. With their unexpected meeting, each has a part to play in the life of the other. Overcoming limitations and obstacles, each of them pulled one another to aim higher. Stretching their talent and broadening their opportunities far more than they have expected.

Where beautiful music, love, comedy, drama, friendship, and inspiration are all compacted in one show.

Well, that’s all I have to say. If you want to watch it ( I promise you won’t regret it), just visit veoh.com or asianrice.tv.

“Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart, Schubert, Haydn…”
